RA. Soft LTD — legal
Terms of use
Last updated 8 May 2026
These terms govern your use of the RA. Soft website at rasoft.uk. They are baseline website terms — paid engagement work between RA. Soft LTD and a client is always governed by a separate signed agreement, not by this page.
Operator
The site is operated by RA. Soft LTD, a UK-registered company at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom. Contact: info@rasoft.uk.
Permitted use
- You may browse the site and use the contact form in good faith.
- You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or use it to send abusive, illegal or commercial bulk messages.
- You may not reproduce site content without written permission, except for short fair-use excerpts with attribution and a link.
Demos and embedded content
Live demos on this site (e.g. the RA Coffee Flutter demo) are provided as-is for evaluation purposes. They are not products offered for sale. They may be updated, replaced or removed without notice.
No warranty
The site is provided on an "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to keep it correct, current and online, but we make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, RA. Soft LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.
External links
The site may link to third-party services (e.g. Vercel, Resend, analytics providers). We are not responsible for content or practices of those external services.
Engagement work
Anything sent through the contact form does not by itself create a contract. A binding engagement only exists once RA. Soft LTD and a client have agreed and signed a separate written contract. That contract — not this page — governs scope, deliverables, fees, IP, confidentiality and liability.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Updates
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change.
