Engagement work

Submitting the contact form does not by itself create a contract. A binding engagement only exists once RA. Soft LTD and a client have agreed and signed a separate written contract. That contract — not this page — governs scope, deliverables, fees, intellectual property, confidentiality and liability.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
