RA. Soft LTD ("RA. Soft", "we") provides digital product, website and software services. You can reach us at info@rasoft.uk. RA. Soft is the data controller for personal data collected via this site.

What we collect

• Project enquiries: names, email addresses, project descriptions and any related information voluntarily submitted through the contact form.
• Direct email: if you email us directly we receive your email address and message contents.
• Basic analytics: aggregate site-usage measurements that help us understand which pages are visited and how they perform. See the cookies notice for details.

What we use it for

• Responding to enquiries and discussing potential work.
• Agreeing and performing a contract if we go on to work together.
• Understanding aggregate site usage so we can improve the site.

We do not sell personal information.

Lawful basis

Responding to enquiries is processed on the basis of legitimate interest in answering the people who contact us. Contracted work is processed on the basis of contractual necessity. Basic analytics is processed on the basis of legitimate interest in operating and improving the site.

How long we keep it

Enquiry messages are kept for as long as is reasonable to follow up on the conversation, and then deleted. Records relating to a completed engagement are kept for the period required by tax and contract law. You can ask us to delete your data sooner; see below.

Your rights

You have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, port and object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email info@rasoft.uk. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Third parties

We work with a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf to deliver the website and the contact form. These include providers for site hosting, basic analytics and email delivery. They process data under our instructions and applicable data-protection terms.
